Coaches Corner Podcast Debuts On ITunes

This cover art will appear in the ITunes Store for podcasts.  When you see this, you know this is the right podcast to subscribe too.
After nearly two years of hosting and producing ‘The Coaches Corner’ podcast, listeners can access the podcast through ITunes via the Apple Store or on your Apple smartphone or device.
Often referred to as a labor of love by people I talk to, I view this podcast as a must for coverage of high school athletics.
I grew up on KGRN 1410 AM radio out of Grinnell, Iowa when I would listen often for updates and coaches comments for my hometown school - BGM. I know from experience the fun it is to hear area coaches talk about their teams weekly and how the fans enjoy it too. So, two years ago or so, I sought to duplicate this experience for my readers and followers.
Thus, The Coaches Corner Podcast was born. In the past, I have linked the podcast audio to my facebook page - Tipton Conservative Sports - and will continue to do so for those that do not have access to ITunes or Apple products.   I checked today (Tuesday, April 28th) and the CCP is an option for subscribing out of the Apple Store in ITunes and on IPhones.
My next quest is to find a similar distribution for those of you that do not have ITunes. Considering it has taken a long time for this, we’ll see.. I have received notice from Apple that the podcast will be available later this week - after Wednesday sometime - in the Apple Store under podcasts. You may have to search for it - Coaches Corner Podcast.
The logo will have the four traditional schools the Conservative covers for high school athletics. One thing that you will find if you subscribe via ITunes will be the fact that the podcast has been around for a while. With this week’s episode coming out later this week, there will be 33 episodes over this two-year period. Of those, 31 appear on ITunes with four duplicate ones I used as a test of the system. There are six episodes that I uploaded to SoundCloud when I was looking for other distribution options last fall, and to this point, I am looking at ways to bring the audio over to ITunes.
I’d be remiss if I didn’t take the opportunity to thank the coaches that I get to interview. Thank you. The podcast is more about you than anything I can do and the fan bases truly extend that thanks as well.
