Cascade One Of Three Ranked RVC Baseball Teams
CASCADE — The Cascade Cougars are one of three River Valley Conference baseball teams ranked in the class 2A, May 25 baseball poll. The Cougars are ranked third. They are joined by Wilton 4th, and Iowa City Regina 10th.
Monticello started hot to the season, winning four of their first five. Panther starter Parker Kray pitched a perfect game for Monticello in a 11-0, five inning win over West Branch this week. It was the 43rd recorded perfect game in the history of Iowa High School Baseball.
