TIPTON — Fans of High School sports, specifically football and volleyball will be happy to know that you can watch the state finals in all classes for the two sports.
Football starts this Thursday on KCRG 9.2 and WQAD 8.3 with the 8-man semifinals at 9 and noon. The class 3A semifinals are at 5:30 p.m. and 8:00. The semifinals also are on Friday and Saturday. The state finals are on Friday, November 20 and Saturday, November 21.
Volleyball starts at 10:00 a.m. Friday with the class 5A championship match. That starts the five-class title run Friday. Matches will be on statewide Iowa Public Television.
